+goji berries

-Rice
+Beans
+Olive oil
+Garlic

The start of our shopping list for busy people, we will be adding to it each week. If you are injured or don't have time to go to the store you can shop online. Fewer things to lug home from the store will save your back. We will also recommend food for people who have more time and want to take their nutrition up a level. 

For perishables, we will be trying some home grocery delivery services. Wholefoods isn't running in Santa Cruz yet, so we are tying New Leaf and Safeway.com, we will be adding reviews soon.
